JUAN MATA DENIES CHELSEA EXIT TALK.

MATA EXPECTS TO STAY AT CHELSEA AND SAYS WILL TALK TO MOURINHO ABOUT THE FUTURE SOON.

Juan Mata: Not planning on leaving Chelsea
Chelsea playmaker Juan Mata has denied suggestions he is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.Mata was named the club's player of the year last season but some media reports had suggested returning Chelsea boss Jos Mourinho might have no place for him in his squad and with barcelona showing interest in him,he may move to Nou camp.Spain international Mata, who is in Brazil with his country as they prepare for the Confederations Cup, insisted he was unaware his future at the club might be in doubt and insisted he will speak with Mourinho directly rather than rushing to conclusions.
"Nobody at Chelsea has told me that Mourinho wants me out," he said."When I finished the season I was told that they were very happy with my performances and with the two years I've spent with the club,he adds.
Although the words 'surplus to requirement' shouldnt be included in the same sentence as juan mata. He had a phenomenal season last year, and is a brilliant player. He is only 25 years old, in his early prime, and is going to be playing the best football of his life for at least 5 years, the greatest can continue past that age, but one thing not on his side will be pace, but he still has a good 6-8 years left in him. He was a very exciting young talent and was even linked with liverpool in the Benitez era but they couldn't sign him eventually.
